I haven't dieted, but after a weekend of social eating and drinking I am ready to wrap on Sunday night. I was NEVER a big water drinker, but have really become used to it and now crave my big water jug. I drink 60-64 oz a day which is what is recommended anyway. :) @Cascia I have skipped a few days here and there of the water and have been about 2 months and have kept it off.
